But this is a Russian speaking forum. Many users just don't speak or understand English. Speaking anything else than Russian might cause misunderstandings and conflicts, as you probably noticed already. And that is the reason why we have this rule. Make yourself clear for everybody and avoid conflicts and everything will be fine. By the way, automated translation becomes more sophisticated every day, give it a try sometime. It doesn't mean that moderators can do whatever they want, we oblige to rules as well.
