Hey, everybody.
I am the developer of the Classic Shell software. I am originally from Bulgaria and I can read Russian language (more or less). However I am not very good at writing. So I'll write in English instead.
I will try to answer some of the concerns expressed in this forum:

1) You can edit the skin with a resource editor. Here’s a tutorial: http://www.classicshell.net/tutorials/skintutorial.html
2) You can control the height of the main menu with the “Minimum menu height” setting (Минимальная высота меню)
3) The latest version 4.0.2 uses the file description when pinning
4) You can access the Win+X menu with Shift+right-click. You can also flip the Shift key with the “Right click opens Win+X menu” setting (Щелчком правой кнопкой мыши открывать меню Win+X)
5) The new version 4.0.2 has a setting to hide the metro apps “Hide app shortcuts” (Скрыть ярлыки приложений)
6) Version 4.0.2 allows for 2 lines of text if the icon is big enough
@gold_boy: While the beta versions were in development the text was changing constantly. It was not practical to update all translations at the same time. Now that the beta is over there is a Russian version. You can download it from here: http://www.classicshell.net/translations/
@AlViS: Menu.RemoveAll is still there. Maybe your ini file is corrupted. Delete it and install the software again.
@redelparolo: The installer has command line options to install specific components. More on that here: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#install_commands
