System Information Viewer дает возможность оперативно следить за работой компьютера. В режиме реального времени она выводит информацию о температуре процессора, скорости вращения кулера, объеме свободной оперативной памяти, о величие файла подкачки, а также показывает степень загруженности системных ресурсов.
С ее помощью можно получить достаточно подробные сведения о разных компонентах компьютера: о процессоре, материнской плате памяти, жестких дисках, приводах, модемах. Например, для материнской платы можно узнать наличие встроенной сетевой карты, количество и типы портов, версию BOIS, поддерживаемый максимальный объем оперативной памяти и пр.
Интересен раздел, позволяющий получить подробную информацию о подключенных к компьютеру USB-устройствах. В отдельном окне выводится список всех доступных портов, расписаны их характеристики, а также указаны устройства, которые подключены к компьютеру посредством USB.
Наконец, еще одна полезная возможность System Information Viewer – вывод информации о компьютерах в локальной сети. При помощи программы можно установить, какая операционная система установлена на каждом из них, на базе каких процессоров работают компьютеры, сколько операционной памяти в каждой рабочей станции. Такая информация может быть полезна, если необходимо решать задачи, для которых требуется вычислительная мощность нескольких компьютеров, например, если нужно выполнить сетевую визуализацию в 3D-редакторе.

    А как в сабже редактировать APM на диск WD? Или только утилитой wdidle3. У меня не получилось. Прога грит, что все сделала, а все равно паркует и иной раз несколько раз в минуту. А иногда не паркует долго. Как-то стремно ведет мой диск по парковкам.
    Смог только отключить парковку или включить. А как уровни выставлять? Можно это сделать?

    Довольно экзотичная и неудобная программа.
    Полноценной замене AIDA нет.
