so, quick rundown:
~ source is spagetti code. stuff was added as was found out. deal with it.
~ visual studio 2017 was used to compile
~ source needs boost and mysqlclient libraries, you need to set these up in the project to be able to compile it
~ a compiled exe is in the zip ready to be used
~ database requires MariaDB (most current MySQL did NOT work)
~ see config.ini for configuring configs
~ server also requires the itemlist from the client, see zip above
~ source can be compiled for both windows and linux
~ you can register an account by calling the "register" stored function

so since interest for the game plumeted to abyss i figured relasing these cannot hurt anymore
blackcat is a tool that can be used to import/export files to/from bluecat files
map tool is as the name implies a tool that can be utilized to view and alter existing maps
(maps need to be extracted first, directory structure matters)
the nif structure in the map tool is based on Nifskope
(https://github.com/niftools/nifskope/releases)
specifically the Nifskope-nightly-20140710 version, later versions did not seem to work
as for blackcat, filenames are fed to it via the dir.csv file, similarly to mpq files you need this file list for blackcat to be able to display filenames (else you just get numbers)

also just for legal "fun": license is the same as above, use the files at your own risk, you assume responsibility for any damage that may or may not occour
(idk. your cat may catch fire due to using the map tool)
